2. Choose from the available sizes listed on the product page. Pricing updates automatically based on the selections. If you have a special size request that is not available, please contact us by making an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate.
3. Choose from three canvases: standard, premium, and luxury. If you have a special canvas request that is not available, please contact us by making an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate.
4. Place your order: add product to your cart and complete checkout securely through our website using WooCommerce PayPal. Other payment methods will be offered in the future.
1. Your order is automatically sent to our fulfillment center, Printful
2. Each Canvas is printed specifically for your order; if other customization is needed, please reach out via email or feedback button provided
3. We do not keep pre-printed inventory in a warehouse
4. Production typically takes 2-7 business days

Production
1. Order details are reviewed electronically: the artwork, canvas size, and shipping information are verified
2. The order enters Printful’s production queue
3. If there is an issue with the file or shipping address, we may contact before production begines
Printful uses professional large-format printers and premium inks designed for high-quality Artwork.
During production:
1. Your selected artwork is printed on premium materials
2. Colors are calibrated for accurate reproduction
3.The print is allowed to cure and stabilize before packaging.
NOTE: Because each canvas is made individually, no two orders are pulled from inventory.
Before shipping, Printful preforms quality checks including:
1. Print quality verification
2. Color consistency preview
3. Canvas alignment inspection
4. Frame construction review
5. Packaging inspection
NOTE: If product does not meet production standards, it is reprinted before shipment

Delivery
Once approved:
1. The product is securely packaged to help prevent damage during transit
2. Protective materials are used to minimized movement during shipping
3. Shipping labels and tracking information are generated and will be sent via email
After packaging:
1. the package is transferred to the shipping carrier
2. A tracking number is automatically generated
3. You will receive an email notification with the tracking details
4. Carries may include: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local delivery partners

Refund/Exchange
